Cancellations and Refunds
At SmartScaleRentals, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Below are the terms for cancellations and refunds:
1. Single Session Cancellations
   •    A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
   •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Multiple Session Plans
   •    For cancellations of multiple session plans, the remaining session balance will be refunded, provided the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session.
   •    Completed sessions are non-refundable.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel a session or plan, please contact us via:

Include your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation in your request.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
